Built for families.
Run like a fortress.
You're handing us videos of your athlete. We take that seriously. Here's exactly how IX Baseball protects you.
Private by default
Athlete data is private by default. Access is granted, never assumed. Videos live in a private storage bucket served only via signed URLs. Only the parents/guardians linked to the athlete, coaches assigned through a team or organization, and people the parent explicitly shares with can access them.
Vetted coaches
Every coach is reviewed before going live on the platform. We check coaching background and references. Coaches only see athletes they are assigned to. Never the wider roster.
Parent-controlled accounts
Accounts that hold athlete data must be opened and operated by an adult. Parents and guardians control consent, sharing, and access for minor athletes. Athletes do not have public profiles, are not searchable, and are not exposed to recruiting features.
Transparent AI
We use AI to assist with reports, HittingIQ, Transfer Score, and drill recommendations. AI providers are contractually prohibited from training their own models on your data. AI outputs are decision support. Coaches and parents remain in control.
You control sharing
Share links are revocable, view-counted, and excluded from search indexing. Revoke a link and it stops working immediately. Even if someone already opened it.
No ads, no resale
We make money one way: subscriptions. No third-party ad networks, no behavioral tracking pixels, no resale of personal data. Just product analytics on our own platform.
